NICHIA 29-9 is a high titanium oxide content welding rod focused on workability.
The HE-500 is coated with titanium lime to emphasize efficiency and durability.
This is a soldering iron. These weld metals are two-phase mainly composed of Fe, Ni and Cr.
The structure should have low stiffness after welding and high strength and toughness.

Purpose
Welding of cast steel, anti-corrosion and heat-resistant coating, impact-resistant abrasion, alloy tool steel, injection molds, stamping dies
For joining and brazing linings of highly crack-sensitive materials such as moldings and plastic molds.
① Use the lowest possible current to avoid cracking the substrate material. Also, avoid excessive current.
If used, it can cause rod burn and reduce the machinability and performance of the weld metal.

②When welding special steel such as high-alloy tool steel, preheating to 200℃ or higher is required.
③ When weaving, please do it within 2.5 times the bar diameter.
④ Before use, heat the soldering iron to 250 to 300oC for NICHIA29-9 and HE-500.
Dry again at 150-200oC for 30-60 minutes.
